With regard to personal treatments, workshops, lectures, and other non-digital services, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, the transaction may be cancelled within 14 days from the date of purchase and a refund may be provided, subject to the conditions established by law and the business's cancellation policy.

All course content, lessons, professional content, and any other products provided by the Operator are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of the Operator.
Accordingly, the Content may be used solely for personal and educational purposes.

The sole responsibility for products manufactured by third parties, including any information or representations made on the Website regarding the nature of such products, including manufacturers' names, product quality, product characteristics, product images, and similar matters, rests with the manufacturers, importers, and/or authorized distributors of such products.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage or injury of any kind caused to the purchaser and/or any third party as a result of the use and/or consumption of such products, which are not manufactured by the Operator, unless otherwise expressly stated on the product and/or Website.
