This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Use, and vice versa, and should be read together with the Terms of Use governing the website located at https://shlomitwolfin.co.il (the “Website”), operated by Ms. Shlomit Wolfin (the “Operator”). Terms defined in the Terms of Use shall have the same meanings in this Privacy Policy, subject to the Terms of Use.

The Operator is committed to respecting the privacy of Website Users. To enhance the protection of Users’ privacy, the Operator publishes this Privacy Policy to explain the options available to Users when using the Website and the Operator’s practices regarding the collection of information through the Website.

1. 1.General

1.1.

As part of using the Website’s Services, Users may be asked to provide personal information to the Operator. This information is stored in the Operator’s database and is used, among other things, for internal purposes and future communications with customers. Credit card details, if requested, are required solely for payment processing and are not stored by the Operator.

If a User reviews their information and finds that it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, the User may contact the owner of the database and request that the information be corrected, updated, or deleted.

The Operator reserves the right to change the contact details provided above at her sole discretion and without prior notice. The User shall have no claim against the Operator arising from such changes.

If the information in the Operator’s database is used to contact a User personally, the User may, as permitted by law, submit a written request for the information relating to them to be deleted from the database.

11. 11.Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Operator may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made to provisions concerning the use of personal information provided by Users, notice of such changes will be published on the Operator’s Website.
